Reservation and payment
The reservation will become effective once the reservation form containing your personal data and travel details is filled out and we have received a down-payment of 30% of the total rental rate.
The down-payment must be by credit card via our secure server.
The remaining 70% to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance, to recuperate any cancellation costs due to any unforeseen circumstances.
If a client cancels 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. We will subsequently try to rent out the apartment for the same booking period.

Please note that 'no show' or a cancellation 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, results in a credit card charge to cover the complete rental sum.

Arrival, remaining payment and breakage deposit
On arrival at the airport, please contact our taxi driver outside the arrival lounge. Please be careful to identify your names written on a clip board held by the driver.

The remaining 70% of the total rental fee, together with a breakage deposit of 250 Euros needs to be paid upon arrival before the keys of the apartment are handed over.

The breakage deposit will be returned on departure providing no damage has been done to the apartment (furniture, electronic goods, walls, etc.).
If this amount does not cover the damage caused, the client is obliged to pay the difference.
It is strongly forbidden for the tenant to sublet the apartment in any way.
Liability - Destination Malta nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for direct or indirect damages to the client that may arise as a consequence of the use of the apartment, including without limitation, damages caused by fire, flooding, robbery, criminal- or reckless behavior.

Checkout time is 10:00 hrs Checkin time is 14:00 hrs

The tenant is obligated to leave the apartment on the time agreed upon. When breaching the agreement the tenant is liable to a fine of 100 euros per day.
On departure, the apartment should be in a generally clean condition and clear of any rubbish.
An additional cleaning charge can be deducted from the breakage deposit if the apartment is left in an especially dirty condition.
General
It is not allowed to give parties in the apartment or in adjacent communal areas. No music can be played after 11 at night. In case of excessive noise and/or nuisance, Maltaccommodation maintains the right to evict the tenant, without refunding the rental fee. Overnight guests and pets are not allowed. Each extra guest will be charged Euros 25 per night.
